Meal Mingle provides tools to save, organize, plan, and share recipes across devices.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use the Service. If you use Meal Mingle on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or security incident.

You retain ownership of the content you add (e.g., recipes, notes, images). You grant Meal Mingle a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to store, process, display, and transmit your content as needed to provide the Service (including syncing across devices and sharing with people you choose).
The Service, including software, designs, and trademarks, is owned by Meal Mingle and its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any Meal Mingle IP to you.
Premium subscriptions are handled by the App Store or Google Play. Plans may auto-renew until cancelled. Manage, cancel, or request refunds through your respective store account. Features and pricing may change; we’ll communicate material changes in-app or by email.
You may stop using Meal Mingle at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, or cause harm. Upon termination, certain clauses (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that Meal Mingle will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that content will be accurate or reliable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meal Mingle and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we’ll notify you in the app or via email before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
